The temperature was low on those days and the central heating did not work. The owner left mini heaters in the rooms that sometimes did not work and were not enough to heat the house. "The location and decor of the unit, and the property is general was outstanding. Helpful staff. But the check-in experience was not good. The person made me feel low because it was an owner reservation as opposed to booking through the hotel. The worst part was when she took out small water bottles, gave them to me and stated "this is the only free stuff you get"."

"The balcony view of the strip from the 33rd floor was amazing; mountains during the day and the lights at night. The unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy and the owner was attentive throughout our stay, checking in via text to see if all was well and if we needed anything. Overall, a very good experience."
