"We loved Alaya resort so much that we extended our stay longer than expected! It’s a great location in the heart of Ubud, walking distance of shops and restaurants. The resort is beautiful and the pool is tucked away in the back, allowing more privacy from the busy streets. The staff was incredible and went above and beyond. Highly recommend staying here! "

"I requested something out of the box (a surprised “hello Kitty” theme upon check in to surprised my wife and daughter). They made a hello Kitty feature with some leafs and flower. That was amazing and something they don’t really need to fulfill my crazy request. But they did it and we appreciate it. What an unforgettable trip for our family "
