"The Hotel outside is not so appealing but when you go inside it’s pretty, clean, and smells good. Staff are nice, accommodating. They held our luggages for one night for free when we went to Porto and we came back to check in again with no problem. Breakfast buffet is good I liked the foods. The hotel is close/ walkable to metro. "

"Great place to stay, I would have given five stars for all categories, however, the one complaint my wife and I had was the heat was on in the room in November. I do realize Europe cools down in November and the people that live there find the outside temperatures cool. For those of us that are more acclimatized to lower temperatures the excessive heat in the rooms was stifling. Even with the windows open the room was still too warm. Even after complaining twice, we were told the whole building...

"Finding it is a challenge but once you’re there it’s great. Accessible by foot to old town as well as tourist area - be ready for lots of hills. Very friendly staff with a good breakfast daily. Our deluxe room had upstairs bedroom and downstairs bath. "
