"Staff were absolutely awesome. The room was very comfortable, and clean. We had a small balcony on our room. The food at the restaurant was very good. We had prepaid for dinner and breakfast was included. The food at the upstairs bar was also very good but not included. It is a little bit away from shopping and downtown but taxis are about 7€ or there is a hop on hop off bus nearby. The taxis mostly do cash only though. Only a few take credit card. "The hotel staff and service are excellent, it always felt like whatever was needed all you had to do was ask and they would be happy to accommodate. The breakfast buffet is delicious and staff are very attentive and friendly. The spa facilities were lovely. The location gives you excellent links for public transport or even just walking around with lots of decent restaurants close by."
