"This charming hotel is located by high end stores and great restaurants. There is easy access to tour guides and public transportation. Hotel is within walking distance to other parts of the city. The train station to Sintra is only a block away. Breakfast and happy hour drinks were included with our reservation. We had a wonderful experience. "

"Loved the location of this property for our 3 night stay. Staff, food, location and value was excellent. Unfortunately we had a first floor room right near the entrance to the hotel and it seemed the metro system must have been right below the surface. You could hear every train go by. We managed but was not ideal. "

"Beautiful hotel in the center of Baixa, the best location in town walking distance everywhere. nice flat walking around town and you can even walk to Alfama with its steep streets. Excelent service and ample and comfortable room. We got upgraded to a junior suite and were welcome with a bottle of wine, porto, chocolates and of course pastel de nata. They have a restaurant on the premises so that isnice if you arrie late or are short on time"
