"Penthouse Apartment With Magnificent Sea View was very appropriate for my family of 6. It was 30 minutes from Montego Bay where we visited Harmony beach did some water sport and visited the private Doctor's Cave beach. It was about an hour drive to Ricks Cafe in Negril. The accommodation was great with 3 bedrooms ensuite. The air conditions were all working well and the manager was helpful and available. We had a great time indeed on a budget!"

"this trip was my 3rd booking in a row with this owner/this apt. i have been coming to the property for decades, and stayed when it was all inclusive, up to/through the residential/condos now. i love this apartment, and i could not be happier!! it is clean and safe and has ocean views from both porches! fancy it is not, but i've done fancy, and i so prefer the realness and tamer vibe of point village now. i plan to return and book with sarah every year forever! "

"The property was wonderful. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa which was great for 4 adults. The property manager Daniela was very helpful and showed us around. Also the security was very helpful. It was a 3 minute walk away from Rick's Cafe and there was a restaurant across the road with delicious breakfast. We are looking forward to booking again in the near future."
