"I stayed for 2 nights prior to a big foot race across Wales. Julie and Dyfraig provided nice, warm, and clean accommodations for my stay. The bed was comfortable. The full kitchen had every amenity needed for cookings. The location was perfect with a 5 to 10 minute walk to the downtown area of LLandudno. When we return, this will be the first place we will look to reserve."

"Ann's flat is lovely - cute, cosy and has everything needed for a short stay. The garden is beautiful, should there be suitable weather to enjoy it. The kitchenette is also well equipped despite no hob; there are 2 teles which is very generous for a small flat like this. Parking was also very convenient. Would recommend to anyone and stay here again myself :)"

(We needed to use the cushions off the lounge as well as the bed) Little extras like “fresh”teabags, box of tissues and hand soap for bathroom basin would be nice, bed or couch throw for extra warmth. "Proprty was amazing, fantastic location, most comfortable beds, lovely furnishings, well equipped, cosy, spacious, very clean. Could not fault this place at all. We were even greeted with prosseco and shortbread biscuits which was a lovely touch. We would highly recommend this place and we will be back when visiting llandudno again. "

"Very clean, well equipped first floor flat overlooking the beach. Fabulous view from big, bright lounge with two comfy sofas. Beds also very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Llandudno seemed a lovely town and plenty to see and do within an hour or so drive. Also benches and beach to sit and relax on the doorstep. Owners communication was excellent and would highly recommend"

"The apartment is in an excelllent location within close walking distance of the beach, pier, Great Orm and lots of restaurants, cafés and pubs. The quality of the apartment was very high. It is newly decorated and all fixtures and fittings are new. It has everything you need in terms of appliances and equipment. Owners were excellent, looked after us very well and even left a lovely welcome tray. I would recommend this apartment."

"We had a lovely time. The flat is in a good location with easy access to the shops and the sea front all within easy walking distance. The flat is a nice size and the beds were comfy. The living room/diner is a nice size and the Wi-Fi was good. The sofa’s were a nice size and comfy. Overall the flat was very clean but there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke especially in the kids room (my youngest is a severe asthmatic, so it wasn’t great).
