"I stayed for 2 nights prior to a big foot race across Wales. Julie and Dyfraig provided nice, warm, and clean accommodations for my stay. The bed was comfortable. The full kitchen had every amenity needed for cookings. The location was perfect with a 5 to 10 minute walk to the downtown area of LLandudno. When we return, this will be the first place we will look to reserve."

"Location was superb. Very basic accommodation- only two pillows on bed, absolute minimum should be two pillows per person. (We needed to use the cushions off the lounge as well as the bed) Little extras like “fresh”teabags, box of tissues and hand soap for bathroom basin would be nice, bed or couch throw for extra warmth. "Wonderful property with everything you need. Great location. Loads of space within the home. Host was very responsive. We will stay here again in the future! "

"Very clean accomodations. Though the apartment was reasonably well equipped some essential things were missing i.e. a toilet roll holder, somewhere to hang dressing gown etc. in bathroom and bedroom. Something to hang outdoor clothes on in the hall, and something to put shoes on also in the hall. All the cupboards look very nice but were not really functional as the drawers were very small and the hanging rack for clothes only had 2 coat hangers.The bathroom could do with a blind for the night...

"The property was a nice size and cute rustic build.We couldn't get warm however they heater provided wasn't very good luckily we had throws with us as there wasn't any provided for extra warmth. The smart TV was useless as it wasn't connected to the internet and despite accessing settings to input password it still didn't work and we had no ariel for even basic channels.The outside bathroom was freezing and had no sufficient light, to use shower.There was a smell in cabin and a layer of dust...

"Best equipped holiday home weâ€™ve stayed in for a while! Parking can be tricky but you are in the heart of a seaside town if we couldnâ€™t get on our street we were on the next. We didnâ€™t move our cars for a few days as everything is in walking distanceâ€¦ some further than others but we always took the scenic route along the promâ€¦. Fabulous! Stay hereâ€¦. Youâ€™ll love it!! We did!"

"First time staying at this hotel, chosen after reading other reviews and were not disappointed. Only difficulty is parking but we found on street parking fairly close. Our room was at the rear of hotel accessed by a lift. The room was clean and fresh and always nice and warm. Breakfast was served between 8am and 10am. Good choice on the menu served in the restaurant which was lovely. Wouldnt hesitate to book again as the hotel is in a lovely spot and convenient for all Llandudno has to offer."

"First stay here, and we will definitely back. Gorgeous hotel, and we loved our room with a balcony, overlooking the Promenade. It was a perfect stay. Lovely clean, well equipped room. Never turned the TV on (who needs to, with that view), so cant comment on that. All the staff we encountered were all lovely. 5 stars 🌟 "

"Loved the Iris hotel experience. The room was very clean, comfortable and overlooking the sea. The staff were extremely attentive, and looked after us very well. The bed was giant sized and haven't slept so well in years. The continental breakfast was just right with lots of choice. I was very impressed with the whole stay and it was very reasonably priced. Well done to the staff, they worked so hard for us. 👍"
