"Nice Hammersmith boutique hotel. Reception is self check in with tablet which I hate, especially when there are two members of staff going spare. I opted for a Luma room which was a mistake as it was in the basement which was freezing. Called the janitor to help with the heating, he was so helpful and even came back to check we were ok. Room ok once warm but found carton and hair from previous tenant around bed. Same process on check out, do your own typing while being watched by two reception...

"The hotel is clean and quiet, though the deco is out dated in the room. One thing I found that the Expedia website makes the saty seems you can use the gym and spa is included in the price, but in fact you need to pay £15 per day extra. The gym is run by other establishment. Even as VIP from Expedia do not have the free access. The room card keys is made from wood is a nice touch."
