Definitely great location and friendly service, there are many good restaurants around . Room was clean but a bit outdated. Unfortunately AC was deactivated and it was hot week in London, making it uncomfortable.

Overall this was a great stay but what was a bit of a downer was the orange juice at breakfast was tasting very thin/watery, this was seriously annoying. Also the room was a bit i would say thin walled. you could hear the people above you walking around, but i guess it's due the age of the place. Besides that i felt it was nice and good maintained, and had a fun stay. It was extreme easy to reach and a perfect place to go around and explore London since it was quite centrally located with Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate nearby for easy access to the public transport. If I get the chance I will stay here again!

Very clean hotel. Staff available 24/7 and very helpful . Room clean and nice new bathroom . Bed was quite firm but ok for an overnight stop .

Property was nice and tidy but the bedding quality could have been cleaner and better. The fabric was poor quality and caused irritation on the skin when sleeping. The property is convenient to access, had Wi-Fi and staff were very pleasant and polite.

Good location. Clean. Room and toilet very small. Only one thin blanket for two in the doublebed. One European plug and wifi in the room. You can manage on couple of nights as a tourist since one does not spend time in the hotelroom.
