My stay here was wonderful. The staff is attentive and gracious, seeing to a guest’s every need. I was delighted to see when I returned to my room in the evening each day that it was all prepared for a relaxing evening (light music playing, slippers laid out, a lit candle by the bath, etc). The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. If you cannot find something, the front desk has it and is eager to help. The location is easily accessible by public transportation and, of course, is across from Kensington garden, a wonderful green space to walk around.

Overall probably the best Hotel experience in London over 30 years of visiting regularly on business. This small British hotel is top notch. Literally right across the street from Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. Friendly staff, convenient shops and restaurants surround. The room was modernized with walk in closet and heated bathroom floors. Very spacious for London. Great onsite restaurant. Just great overall. It is a 5 star experience in every way!

We absolutely love this hotel. The staff are amazing, friendly and efficient and can’t do enough to help. We’ve stayed twice now and both times they exceeded our expectations. Breakfast is the best! Try the pancakes … delicious ❤️❤️. It genuinely feels like you are going home when you go back to this hotel, you get a personal service here you don’t see often these days and we didn’t even have to give our room number as the staff memorise your name and which room you are in!! We had a wonderful stay at the Milestone. The hotel is historically charming, beautifully, well-appointed with nice amenities. It’s a five star hotel that gives you the feeling of luxury. The rooms are small by American standards -we did have to wrestle with the height of the shower. But, that’s part of the charm of a historic building. The highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. Steve is a true gem and went out of his way to be helpful and courteous. Overall, we found all Londoner’s to be extremely kind and friendly. We will definitely be back.
