The staff was very accommodating & helpful. This location was great for the walkable area & proximity to a main tube line. Very easy to navigate the area. The room had a wonderful larger bathroom & was clean, with a safe & accommodations. I would stay again.

The rooms are large and well appointed. The beds are hard but very comfortable. Everything you need is there in a small boutique hotel. We stayed there previously and found it to be a wonderful value. Located in south Kensington, it is a short walk to the Gloster Rd. tube station. Very quiet neighborhood.

There was nothing not to love about this hotel! The location is perfect, the hotel staff is very helpfull, the lobby nice and spacious, and the room was spacious, clean and so, so comfortable! I would absolutely recommend it!!

The hotel is in a great location, the staff is helpful and the room was spacious. What I didnt like was the carpet in the room that made me sneeze to the point that I had to buy medication for the allergy . The other thing was the curtains , we are used to black out window and the fact that the sunsire is around 5:00 am didn’t help. It was hard to rest with the light so early and the sneezing because of the carpet .
