Overall it was good, although they really need to improve the breakfast. It was basically toasts everyday… no fruits, no other types of bread. It was bad. The room was comfy enough and clean.

Stairs are too tight to go into the basement rooms, the toilets had rust on all metal surfaces. The checkin was in a separate hotel building around the corner which was inconvenient. Only plus was the location and convenience to transportation.

The check in was easy and the hotel was well situated for where we wanted to go, however I did think the twin room was very small but really only a single persons room.

Great value for location
Great value for the location. Very basic room but has everything you need. Fan kept the room comfortable at night. Pillow had a slight musky scent but wasn't an issue. Included basic breakfast was a plus.

Very basic hotel as was to be expected with the price but very friendly and very clean with nice comfy beds. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was very basic but free consisting of toast,cereals,yoghurt, cheese and meat. Stayed for one night and for the price in this part of London i think it was really good value for money. Would definitely stay again

I was pleasantly surprised with the amenities in the hotel. While it is small, it is clean. More importantly, we were greeted with friendly staff (morning breakfast, reception and housekeeping). The hotel is located near to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. There are also buses to Victoria, Oxford, Covent Garden, etc. It is good value for money!

Was a nice stay, you get what you pay for. Little dirty, stains on the cover sheet and the breakfast was just deli meat, cheese and bread. Like I said, you get what you pay for, staff were fine, there were no issues, just needed a place to sleep and this hotel provided just that.

Got told I could check on 24hrs to be told when o got to hotel I couldn’t check in at 1pm. Could lock bedroom door, two towels between two of us, no hand towels or bath mat for floor, breakfast very basic

Room was very tired. Very noisy fan in bathroom. No soap at bathroom sink. Downstairs in basement. Very tatty and dusty. Woke up very early with furniture being moved around upstairs. Dining room too small for the amount of people in there. Nothing to eat for gluten free except yoghourt.

Close to Paddington Station and restaurants , breakfast basic, however ok, room clean and tidy, shower a little small, able to leave our cases before going out, downside when going to collect, could not get back into hotel as nobody on reception and we missed our train home, had to catch a later one.
