"The properyt is in an excellent location. A short 3 minute walk to the beach, grocery and dining right outside the building. Beautiful pool and bbq area. Would highly recommend.

"El Parque acuático nos encantó. Las comidas estuvieron bien. La habitación cómoda y el servicio muy bueno. Lo único que tuvimos problema fue en reservar para los restaurantes. Mi estadía era de 4 noches. Ellos abren una ventana de 2 días y cuando llegamos no quedaba espacio hasta martes iba a perder 3 días. Escribí a Servicio al Cliente y me pudieron conseguir para 2 días. Lo demás todo estuvo excelente."

"Our stay at Meliá Paradisus Palma Real had many positive aspects and some areas that could improve. The facilities are beautiful and the beach is spectacular. We were especially impressed by the generous inclusion of fish in the menus, both in quantity and variety, which we truly enjoyed.
On the other hand, from the very first day we noticed a fair amount of insistence on offering us a membership. We understand this is part of the hotel’s operations, but at times it felt slightly out of place when all we wanted was to disconnect and relax. Additionally, the assigned concierge promised to help with restaurant reservations, but these were never confirmed; however, when we handled it directly at the reservations desk, it was quick and easy.
Overall, it’s a beautiful place with remarkable dining options, and with a few adjustments in customer service, it could be an even more special experience."
"I usually don’t write reviews but the stay here was absolutely worth every minute and penny. Besides the convenient walk to the beach ( amazing food and shops over there too !) the staff were some of the sweetest people I have met, Rosa the receptionist was an absolute DOLL and so helpful. Seriously glad I chose this hotel and I will definitely be back more times than you can count. Also the hotel itself had everything you could need and gave authentic islander vibes. "
