"Room was very nice. Most staff was very nice. However, unlike some in Mexico there were some very unfriendly staff members. Non welcoming, poor service. Example, main lobby bar, hostess at Mediterranean restaurant ( never visited that particular restaurant due to unfriendliness), miserable waiter at French Restaurant. The food was mediocre, not bad, bit definitely unremarkable. Many other guests had similar views, "

"Overall the hotel was wonderful and we would definitely return. Traveling as two women we felt very safe in this hotel, especially with the armed guards manning the property each night. Rafael was very attentive to our needs and really cares about making your experience wonderful. The rooms are very spacious and clean! Being able to grab a cheap uber to downtown was super easy and we felt safe. Thank you for a wonderful trip! Ps. The welcome drink is so fresh and delicious!"
