"Honestly, it’s not the best. Definitely not worth 13k per night. The room’s condition was extremely modest. Reminded me one of those hopin-hop out commercial hotels. The bathroom is all stains and cracks on the walls etc. The bathroom curtain didn’t work and the switch was broken. The staff guy himself struggled to operate it. But the service is really good. "There was a wedding one of the nights we stayed there, on the 4th floor, for 400 people and it didn’t start until 11pm. The front counter smiled and said there will be noise. So I made a hotel change for that night and the following two nights. The hotels.com team said it was the hotels policy that would not let us be refunded, even for the night that was 3 nights out. The hotel wouldn’t budge, even though there was going to a loud wedding that would keep us up all night. "
