"Nice looking hotel and close to city center. I found the staff were not too helpful. I had issues with my key card multiple times throughout the stay. Not once did the staff go beyond their means to help. On some occasions I made more than 3 trips to reception because the key card wasn’t working. Staff knowledge of the local area was bad. The quality of the hotel and the rooms is very good. The styling and comfort I really liked. Overall my stay was still pleasurable. "
