"We chose this River Palace due to their proximity to Piazza del Popolo a short walk to/from where our tour meeting location which worked out great. The professional team at River Palace were 1st class starting prior to arrival arranging private airport transfer with Marco, the room which was perfect as it had a cozy TV room adjoining bedroom. "Brilliant hotel, great location. A couple of things could be better but overall a great stay and I would stay again. I will start with the 3 negatives we experienced and then the positives. The negatives - The mattress was a well worn memory foam mattress and you could just feel huge dips, lumps and impressions.
