"We stayed for 5 nights and our family came to join us for Saturday night and I asked if we could be close to their room and they gave us one opposite which was great. Many thanks to the lovely lady on the front desk who organised this for us. Good breakfast and nice coffee shop. Hotel is close to M and S and Selfridges and there is even an old London pub nearby. Good location for buses and rooms are nice too"

"The hotel had its ups and downs. While the room was spacious and comfortable, with an impeccable bathroom, the overall decor of the hotel from the front desk to the hallways and lobby was not aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately, our room was located on an underground floor, making it extremely dark, with the windows facing a dark wall, limiting natural light. However, the staff at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating that I didn’t feel the need to complain when the underground...
