"I stayed here pre-flight to be near T5. The reception staff were lovely and the room clean and comfortable. I left at 4am so did not use the bar or have breakfast. The hotel has access to a pod system to take you to T5 (4am to midnight and currently £8 pp each way the hotel explained). I took the 423 bus 🚌 two stops to T5 - the hotel provide a bus timetable. There is also a hotel-hopper bus from T5 but I wasn’t going to wait an hour for it to arrive. "

"We had a great stay overall—the location was good, our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable (our son liked the put-up bed too!). The staff we met were all friendly and helpful. Dinner in the bar was tasty, and service was prompt. Breakfast was enjoyable as well. However, the ongoing work in the reception area made access a bit inconvenient, especially with the number of people using the stairs and the single lift. "Beautifully decorated hotel just steps away from Trafalgar Square and the government area. The staff were very helpful for the most part, despite a delay in checking in. The room was clean and comfortable and my only complaint is the wacky lighting system that we never figured out--seemed like you had to have all the lights on or none at all. Expensive food options in the hotel, but you are near lots of other dining options as well."
