"This is a beautiful hotel and everyone was very nice. You do only get one key and have to turn it in at the concierge desk every time you go out. The only downside was there are no laundry facilities available as stated on Hotels.com You can send your laundry out to get cleaned for a high cost. The area was very walkable and it was easy to get a cab or an Uber. "
