"Wonderful hotel and very attentive staff. The staff is what my stay enjoyable. When we arrived we had several problems. First, the room wasn't large enough to accommodate 3 adults. The staff upgraded us twice before we were satisfied. They blamed Expedia for this mistake. Of course this was for a cost. After having trouble finding the hotel, the parking was a disaster. Parking is on street, but there are restrictions during the day hours. We ended up accepting valet parking, but again...

"Really like that it is so close to everything. Shops , Supermarket , cafes, restaurants, the Cable car, Queens wharf. The railway station is only a 12 min walk as is the Stadium. On the down side , I would like to see smart TVs that provide access to TVNZ Plus and Three Now. It is not necessary to have Netflix that would just be a plus. Also I found the lighting very dim and difficult for reading."
