The perfect getaway to enjoy the best of classic and contemporary, this stunning Victorian gem is a spectacular fusion of heritage beauty, modern style and private outdoor entertaining in one of the most vibrant Bayside suburbs.

Beyond its charming façade, a welcoming ambience and Baltic pine floorboards add an air of elegance and grace to this charming dual-living abode.

Put your feet up and unwind in the fireside lounge, particularly appealing in the cooler months, or enjoy spending time with the family in the casual open-plan living and dining area featuring a well-appointed stone-topped kitchen and café style breakfast bar with stacker windows opening to the outdoors. For those who love entertaining in the fresh air, a charming European style garden with a spectacular vine covered alfresco is sure to captivate!

Comfortable accommodation is displayed by 3 good sized bedrooms including 2 with a queen size bed and the 3rd with 2 king singles, stylish bathroom, powder room and ducted heating and evaporative cooling throughout.

Leave the car behind and take a short stroll to the buzzing attractions of Chapel and Fitzroy Streets, the beach, Albert Park Lake, trains and trams for added convenience.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
