"It was an accessibility room. The light fixture and curtain fixtures did not work properly. Also, during check-in, I was not given a chocolate chip cookie. Additionally, the hotel was noisy, as my room was directly in front of the pool, and kids were obviously having fun. Also, the hotel was not very clean. And this type of cleanness was a buildup of dust and vent fixtures falling off along with garbage thrown on top of decorative tent fixtures above the pool, for the amount I paid I expected a better hotel. "

"We book based on free parking, wi-fi and breakfast. Indoor pools and fireplaces are a bonus, but the parking, wi-fi and breakfast are a must. We checked in late and Sebastian was wonderful, kind and funny. He did mention that due to unforeseen circumstances there will be no HOT breakfast items in the am. As long as there is coffee, we will be fine. Well there was coffee, but no creamer, apparently the delivery never came. It's a small thing, but that's what we paid for so no 5 stars, but for a night, it'll do."
