As it turned out, the unit was very nice and efficiently laid out and the building condition was fine. I loved the neighborhood because of the little stores and coffee shops around, not to mention restaurants galore. You did not have to walk far to find what you needed. A wonderful surprise was that they sent a car to pick us up at the port and to drop us off for free.
