"If arriving after hours (hours of which I did not know) you have to call a number. Being from the US I didn’t know how to make the call😮 then I got the key and had mild trouble finding the room and unlocking the sliding glass door and screen. Weird that the room didn’t have a door?"

"Although the main entrance is blocked by public works, there is easy access from rear entrance with simple friendly check in and out. Great amenities for our tent camping stay. "

"When we arrived (with 2 little children) we couldn't get in as the gate was locked. After 20 min of calling out a teenage boy showed up and made comments in not very pleasant voice that we were supposed to get a gate code to let ourselves in. But we never received any instructions!! Then he couldn't get into a small safe on the outside wall of the "office" where our apartment keys were locked in. After another few minutes a teenage girl appeared and unlocked it.
