"We enjoyed a 5 night stay here. Great location, comfortable and convenient with the Tram stop straight out the front. Beach, Restaurants & Shops are walkable or can take a quick Tram ride. We travelled light, so was great to have a washing machine & dryer in apartment. The TV in Superior Appt was a decent size with some Foxtel channels. "Mold in ensuite & shower heads in both bathrooms didn't work properly. Bedroom light didn't work. Fridge door didn't close properly. Bedroom door falling apart. Not impressed with the customer service. On a positive the views from the balcony were great and the pool was nice. Would've liked it if the pool table was free and not a pay per game. "
