"Couldn’t fault anything about the hotel. The staff were amazing, from check in to room service, all amazing. At check in we were offered a free rollout bed for my daughter who was going to sleep in the king bed with us as the hotel was fully booked. We also received breakfast for an extra $23 for all three of us. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Ideal location close to train station. We went to a concert at Accor Stadium Olympic Park, the Parramatta train station is in walking distance and the train went direct to Accor Stadium. Perfect! We will stay here again. "

"I think the marking system for this property is unfair. It is a budget hotel and as such facilities and surrounding areas can’t compete with more upmarket facilities. As a budget hotel I would give it five stars."
