"This is our second time came to Garza Blanca. The (front desk)concierge supervisor from Hotel Mousai is extremely rude. Because of him we doesn’t go to the Japanese restaurant there. It’s kind disappointing. Staff in Garza Blanca are very friendly. The drivers are super nice. I love the drinks here a lot! "

"This was our 3rd visit, and will return. The staff is just great but we did have two issues during our stay. We arrived at 3 pm and our room wasnot ready. Secondly, there was not sufficient hot water on our 4th day. I know these are small things but they are irksome."

"The panoramic suite is AMAAAAZING!! Bonnie at the concierge is extremely lovely and helpful. The property is beautiful! Being so close to Los Arcos is incredible with November to January being the best months. Two warnings: 1. The beach is small is very very rocky. Bring water shoes with a hard bottom. 2. The hotel says tipping is included but every bill they expect further tipping AND when you check your final bill they don’t match. Be careful!"

"Beautiful location. Nice large rooms. Food options are decent enough, we mostly just ate at the buffet which changed its theme daily. The shows were okay, but what sold us the most was how quiet and relaxing it was. More of a family resort so if you’re looking for partying this isn’t it. But if you want a quiet chill resort, this is a good option. An hour outside of the main city, so keep that in mind if you have things you want to do in Puerto Vallarta."
