"This was our second time staying there we can’t say enough how great this place is in every way you look at it . The staffs are excellent so helpful so courteous, every time we went out of the resort to explore they told us what to expect & make sure don’t fall for things that we shouldn’t buy . The only one thing I hope the resort do is to upgrade the towels in the room we noticed first time as well for a five star resort the towels are not nice & soft like it supposed to be beside that bed’s...

"Santos was excellent at the pool. Prompt and attentive. I have stayed at this resort and many other Excellence resorts previously and it was always one of my favorites. I noticed that the quality has definitely dropped. Dining options have been reduced with the lunch buffet being eliminated and many restaurants being closed. With no option to make a reservation and limited availability the wait times for dinner seating became ridiculous with having to wait 90 minutes or more at times unless you...

"Maybe it was due to the time of year I went to the resort(October), but ALL the cabanas that would usually be down on the beach were all around the pool area which left VERY little room to walk down to the beach. They were so tight together when going to the beach you feel as if you’re interrupting people as you pass by"
