"The check in staff very friendly katie she try to find same room block for us as I have two room and even upgrade me to a bigger room. The room have been renovated recently and clean. Only one negative thing there only one water refill station at lobby and take very long to refill a bottle. Should consider every floor one water refill station."

"They said they “upgrade” me to a better room when I checked in. Yet, the condition of the room is really poor. I can see wires Socket (internet and phone) is exposed, TV remote on/off switch is not working, the so call cloth cabinet is so short that shirts are touching the bottom, wallpaper is peeling off, shower room is so small that I have difficulty to turn. "

"Concrete walls around your bed with no space, capsule style, worst air circulation ventilation ever, I woke up after 4 hours choking asfixieting NO TOWEL OF ANY SORT PROVIDED, this is a cemetery experience. Horrible hallway slum style, good location 2 blocks from metro and on than street but very far from nice tourist are near the water."
