"TERRIBLE Experience. You have to reserve for everything and they charge you EXTRA! You have to reserve to eat at their restaurant, you have to reserve to seat at the pool and you have to pay extra for using the pool. I have never seen this before. No iron in the rool and problems with the security box. At the end we decided to leave the hotel at the middle of our stay. "

"Breakfast was amazing! The room was so cozy and the location was great. It was right on the corner so finding it was easy. Keep in mind there isn’t parking directly on site. It’s about 4 euro a night and the garage is about a 5 minute walk. I loved this hotel so much! We also took advantage of the hotels spa and it was wonderful!"

"La struttura è molto gradevole ed accogliente già dal primo impatto.Gli arredi sia delle parti comuni che delle camere sono ricercati e chic in uno stile di montagna. Il livello di pulizia è ottimo. Colazione ricca ed abbondante. atmosfera in generale tranquilla. Ci si sente a casa."

"Stayed for 3 nights right at the end of the skiing season. We had a lovely family room which easily accommodated the four of us. The room was very clean and beds comfy with good linen. The hotel is family run and somewhat dated but the bathroom again was fine for us. It was a real bonus to have a balcony and the views in Antagnod are to die for. Reception were helpful with queries about ski areas etc. There are 4 restaurants within walking distance which were good and Champoluc was 10 mins in...

Love this hotel. Wish we are still there.

"We love this hotel so so much! The staff are super nice and helpful. We had issues with our snowboard gears that we had to ship from the US and they were so responsive to all my emails and were very helpful. We are so grateful to them especially Iliana and Sarah. They truly provide the best service. Very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is old but I wouldn’t say outdated at all. It has character. We wouldn't have it any other way. We had the view of the Matterhorn from our balcony which was awesome! The location is within walking distance to everything. The breakfast, especially the salmon benedicts that we ate for 4 days straight, were so good. We loved the friendly staff and service during breakfast as well. We loved the access to the pool and spa of the sister hotel as well. So highly recommend this hotel and will go back. "
