"Hotel room was not ready when we checked in at 3. Ladies at the desk we kind and understanding, and when i joked about wanting an extra hour in the room due to the inconvenience, and she was serious about that being fine. I was just joking because things happen and we actually checked out early to get back on the road. Breakfast was good. My dog was fine in our room. And room was clean and comfortable shortly after we spoke the the front desk lady!! Everything seemed safe and clean"

"The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The elevator was out, and I was on the second floor, but I didn't mind the walk. Unfortunately, I was near the stairs door and had to hear it slam shut many times. There was a door that was left open on the side of the building leading to the stairs, which is a security risk. The air in the hall and in the room smelled bad. This hotel is supposed to be smoke-free, but I'm pretty sure there was some smoking going on."
