"Housekeeping was very random and only came once during a 4 night stay. They would show up at 9 pm some nights to offer to clean the room after we had already been out of the room all day. We even called down to request service to the room on a couple occasions only to have towels dropped off inside the room without trash or old towels removed. Not the typical experience of a high class/resort style feel you get in most other Vegas Strip hotels."

"Great location. First time I’ve stayed at the Flamingo. The check in and out process is pure chaos. There is no reason there should be such long lines to check in and out. Might be time to upgrade your system. The self checkin and out would be great if all the machines were working. There were almost half that were non functioning at check out today.
