"I like the proximity of the attractions and all the nearby activities. But the hotel check-in kiosk machine did not work. It was frustrating because we wanted to interact with a real person at hotel registration but was directed to use the kiosk machine. After the machine didn't work, we were then directed to an actual person. We were already tired and hungry due to our delayed flight so this further delay didn't make us happy. And the bathroom sink counter and floor weren't clean but we were too tired to complain. We just cleaned it ourselves. "
