"Convenient location near airport bus stop and subway exit 9. Grateful that staff allowed early check in as my elderly mum is tired from the red eye flight. Good service as staff take note of my request and make appropriate arrangement. It will be good if there are more choices of hot beverage. Also creamer is not provided for those who don’t like black coffee. Water from shower leaked into bathroom."

"Hotel itself was fine, super close to the Main Street food/shopping area and not too far from the palace. My issue was the thermostat in our room was pointless, it was set to 21 (the lowest it would go) and it never got below 24.5 which made sleeping uncomfortable."
