"Very close to Myeongdong night market and river walk. We liked that there was room to have 2 carry on suitcases out without tripping on them. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. The day staff that took stored our bags was helpful and friendly. The night staff that checked us in was quick to get us checked in, but not friendly. There was black stuff in the shower edges. "Good central location, but was not informed of the hotel name change and address -- causing major inconvenience of time in finding the place and cost of taxi transportation. Some hotel amenities were of poor quality. And, room was too small. On the positive, two ladies of the hotel front staff were good/helpful. "

"Space is great! It was really hard to find. When searching on maps (both Android & Apple) it leads to the actual FourSeason Luxury hotel which was very inconvenient. Our taxi even lead us there, which was a waste of energy and time. Overall, we needed a room to sleep as we were very tired, and we liked the space and the bed was comfortable. Great staff."
