"I booked this hotel mainly for its airport shuttle. Even though there’s only one to the airport in the morning, they went above and beyond to help and accommodate me. The room was massive and provided absolutely lovely views. I do have tattoos so they had to be covered when entering the bath. The building is old and smells of moisture, which I think comes with running an onsen. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. "

"This was my first time to stay in a Ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) and I really like it! The hotel was a bit old but still in good condition. They have indoor & outdoor hotspring pool plus many other facilities for you to enjoy during your stay. Buffet breakfast & dinner both were great too. Free shuttle service available too to pick up from/drop off to Kagaonsen station. Thumb up!"

"Our experience was lovely! We stayed two nights. The staff was so accomodating--it was our first experience at a traditional ryokan, and the staff was very helpful in explaining various customs. They made us feel very at home. The free shuttle to and from the station was very convenient and easy to reserve. "Very nice hotel with a clean, comfortable and spacious room with two comfortable beds. The hotel was located about a 20 minute walk to the train station with stops near the entrance. The Japanese bath was fantastic after walking around all day. "

"The hotel is fantastic. It’s a short walk from the train station, so it’s very well situated. The building is beautiful and well-maintained. They do good job of providing bathroom items, juice, and other travel conveniences for hotel guests. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a really nice bathtub, which was great for relaxing. The breakfast had a good selection and the food was delicious(it’s provided by an Italian restaurant attached to the hotel). There’s a 7-11 next to the hotel as well, so you can easily pick up toiletries or any travel necessities you might have forgotten. Most of the nearby attractions in Kanazawa are about 10 minutes away by Uber, so it was very easy to get to all the important tourist spots. I really enjoyed my stay here and would certainly stay here again."
