"We stayed during a long layover and the staff were so lovely when we had to check in very early morning. Our room was ready and the butler service via text message was so quick for needs like extra towels and info. "
"I personally don’t consider this hotel 5 stars starting by the service of the staff at the reception in exception of Amir A; it was extremely challenging to get what Expedia gave us as platinum members and Expedia was unable to communicate either with the hotel so we had to spend our time on this.
The hotel surroundings is beautiful, there are deers, ducks, birds… this was my favorite part.

"Great hotel. Was upgraded to a suite as part of being VIP both on Raddison and platinum on Expedia. Suite was beautiful and specious. Breakfast was by far the nicest breakfast we had in a while. Staff is polite and helpful. Free and convenient parking. Pool was small and a ton of constructions outside. Burj view no longer available due to a high rise building newly built in front of the hotel. Limited food options around the hotel. Overall, Definitely stay here again despite the minor setbacks. "
"Everyone at the property was kind and helpful. The room was clean with ample amenities. They replaced the bottled water everyday which was very nice! They need more American tv channels, however or at least a streaming option like Netflix or Apple. The morning breakfast, I didn't enjoy. Quite expensive and served the same thing everyday. Definitely not worth the price.
The Silk Spa treatment was really nice! Emily did an amazing job on my Balinese massage!!! However, they need more therapists in order to accommodate more people.
Also, don't forget to use the coupons they give you at check-in. I personally didn't find the restaurants food to be tasty at all. I tossed several meals and wasted a lot of money. I did enjoy the Steakhouse in the Palace Hotel next door. Great price, great service, great ambiance and good food!"
