"Great location, 10 mins from Chester. The spa was not overcrowded and the Japanese themed garden was very peaceful. Very clean and comfortable room. We didn’t use the restaurant but the bar staff were very polite and friendly. All in all, very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Would highly recommend. "

"Chester is a fantastic city to visit especially with the children. Lots to see and do. We dod a family trail and learnt do much. The hotel was a great base, just across the road is a park and ride bus service that took you straight to the centre snd easy to pick up back to the hotel. Great to have the pool and restaurant service too the breakfast certainly filled us up for our days out. "

Bed was really comfy and breakfast was excellent would come back to stay next time we are in Chester. Great location 5 minutes from motorway and only a few minutes from city centre and the zoo which is why we visited"
