After plenty of time and effort searching for the right properties to host in Newcastle, we are very proud to be able to allow guests into this boho, stylish and warm flat just outside the city centre.

Ideal for working professionals, couples, friends or just coming to events in Newcastle City centre. Pets are welcome but will have an additional fee.

LIVING/DINING ROOM: The living/dining area is next to the kitchen. The room has a big comfortable sofa, ideal to relax after a day in town. You can find a smart TV, you can only use it for streaming from Netflix, Youtube, etc. (No cable TV)

BEDROOMS:

Bedroom 1 : King sized bed with high quality linen, along with wardrobe and a desk overseeing the window.
Bedroom 2 : Twin beds with high quality linen, along with a desk for working professionals.
BATHROOM:

The bathroom is located through the kitchen and contains a bath and standing shower.

ACCESSIBILITY:

The property is not specifically designed for wheelchairs, but it is in the ground floor. Note that you have to get in the bathtub to use the shower.

OUTDOOR FEATURES:

There is an outdoor seating area for those looking to relax during the warmer times of the day, whether to carry on working or socialise.
