One thing though, the bathroom was very dated - an old tub (I’m guessing at least 20 years old) with no handheld shower. The property is great though and security staff were excellent ! "

"I loved my stay at Found Chicago! The logistical communication was easy to understand and implement, and I liked that it was contactless. It was nice to use my PIN code for room entrance instead of keeping track of a key. The WiFi was sufficient for remote meetings on my laptop. And all of the amenities (lobby access, luggage locker, and printer) were convenient and easy to use. I highly recommend this hotel, and I'll plan to stay here again. "

"We loved our stay in Little Italy at the Neighborhood Hotel. We had 2 rooms with each room’s kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need. Great local dining options. Italian deli across the street, great bar, the Embassy, next door! Close to transport/hiways. My only knock on Neighborhood Hotels is the confirmation process left me wondering if I had indeed booked two rooms through Expedia. Only text communication and only after checkin did I get confirmation on second room. "

"Great property, great apartment, very quite. Apartment was clean and well stocked. Issue was balcony is completely ignored, weather was beautiful and I would have liked to sit out there and enjoy but it was covered in spider webs and spiders. No TV in the bedroom so for me that was a bummer because I watch TV when I go to bed. Overall it was great and very comfortable, would stay again. "

"Good: Communication with owner was easy, detailed, & responsive. Super nice person. Property was very clean on arrival w/ plenty of supplies. Comes with 1 garage parking spot (very small). Departure was very easy. Bad: Property manager could be called abrupt, rude, & inappropriate. Hoping he was just having a bad week. Two major issues. Night of my son’s formal graduation party (we were co-hosting); very reason we were in Chicago renting VRBO, the drains clogged & toilets would not flush....

"This property was perfect for us! Came to hang out in the city for a few days and catch games at Wrigley and Comiskey. It was an easy walk to Wrigley (and the restaurants and bars nearby). The L was easily accessible to take us anywhere we wanted to go. The unit was clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the necessities. Justin was pleasant and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"The unit was a little older and more weathered than the photos implied, but the neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. It was a little hard to find the parking lot when we arrived and we also wished the walk to the L was shorter. The bed was very comfortable, communication with the hosts was easy and helpful, there were no issues checking in or out. The space was large enough for our family of 3."

Finally got one on the 3rd. 2 of the elevators did not work for a day and with 11 floors, that is inconvenient to wait for an elevator for 20+ minutes. Other than that, the staff was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable. If you need guest services, you will need to go to the lobby since the phones do not work in the rooms. "
