"We had the best 4 night stay in Key Biscayne. This condo at the Ritz was perfect for our family. James, the host, went over and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back. Every morning, we started our day with coffee in the Ritz lounge. Then we woke up the kids to have a few hours of beach/pool time. Everyday we had lunch poolside and it was delicious. The service at the hotel was amazing as well. It’s a must stay condo and resort for the family. "

"Came to Miami for a weekend for the Taylor Swift concert with my 8 year old daughter. We absolutely loved our stay! Ines is the most gracious host. The place was lovely, very centrally located, with every amenity one could desire. My daughter especially enjoyed meeting Carlitos- the resident cat. "The property was as described: terrific location right on the ocean, with several amenities. Check-in was seamless and communication with the owners stellar throughout the process. A few issues that arose onsite were resolved quickly. Rooms were clean; however, the property as a whole is probably due for an overhaul which is to be expected with heavy use. Great for multiple guests/families. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms, great updated kitchen area, ample beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc. which...

"This was a wonderful house and location for all of the fun we had planned for my sisters Bachelorette Trip. We were close to the best restaurants, pool clubs, marinas for boat charters. It was also convenient for all of our food deliverer during our stay. Just a blast!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Darlene’s home. The description is spot on. The location was perfect to The U , shopping and Coconut Grove. Darlene’s book of knowledge is a wonderful touch. Inside is a list of restuarant, take out menus, places to see, shopping and all the ins and outs of the house. You will enjoy your dip in the pool after a hot day in the Miami sun. "
