"My stay at this hotel was fantastic. I accidentally left my jacket in the room when I checked out. I was gone for a week and when I came back the staff kept my jacket for me. They were so helpful. The walk to the train station was easy as well"

"I had an issue with the first room. The ac and all the lights went out. They were attentive and moved me immediately. Also, very reasonable price for that location and the bed with pillows were the best I’ve ever had in a hotel which was very surprising to me"

The breakfast buffet was amazing and the coffee selections there were superb! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family traveling to Australia for the first time!"
