"We had two rooms , my sister in one and myself and my daughter in the other. Our room was clean and comfortable, my sister's room appeared to be the same on arrival but later on in the evening when she opened a cupboard underneath the hospitality tray she found two half eaten pizza 's in boxes and mouldy garlic bread.
