"Upon arrival we realized that the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and we had a 4 year old to feed. We ran the dishwasher and it flooded the entire kitchen floor. We also noticed that the washer had an old comforter that was soaking wet. We called the phone number provided (this is a condo owned by a person and the building is homes) the person answered and I explained the problems and they said "let me call the cleaning lady" and hung up. "My family and I loved our stay at the Holland Hotel We arrived August 4th for our 4 day trip to NYC and we were met by Harry at the front desk who was amazing. He helped us with all the subway info we needed and explained how to easily take the PATH train to and from NYC. Prior to check in he let us inspect room as we were worried about bed bugs but let me tell you the room was spotless and beds were super comfy. Breakfast was free and had plenty of options. Parking was just as good with lots of room to park large pick up truck. Overall amazing. Will recommend this little gem to anyone hoping to visit Jersey City or NYC. "
