"Easy access to the airport. Stood outside waiting for a the hotel shuttle over an hour from 9pm No one came. Dialed the hotel 15 times no answer to ask about the shuttle. When finally connected with the agent he said they have no contact for the driver to tell him where i am at the airport. The last shuttle was 1030. I ended up catching an Uber at 10:45pm to the hotel. "

"The hotel is very new, clean, in a very god location and the staff is friendly and supportive. The only negative thing is that there is not storage space in the rooms and it is not comfortable for long stays. They charge 35$ + tax for valet parking and it is very well communicated in advance, but you can park for fee on the nearby street."

"Really lovely property, nice updated room. Bathroom could use improved lighting for mirrors, but overall very nice! Front desk staff seemed a bit frazzled & slightly unprofessional, but some customer service training could easily improve that. The bar/breakfast service and staff were very good! Cleaning and ground crew really friendly and helpful. "

"Tavern staff were excellent (friendly and professional) and the food was good. Front desk staff provided what we asked for-- sheets for the sofa bed, more towels, more hangers. I loved the Christmas decorations. Room: Nice art work on the walls. Daily bed service worked fine. The carpet in hallways and in our room was always dusty, as if the vacuum cleaners were broken. There was no luggage table, coffee accessories were missing. Lighting in our room was too bright, and missing a floor lamp....

"This is about the 4th time we've stayed at Playa Largo. The amenities are great... service was good this time but is hit or miss. This was the second time we've had leaking in our room though. This time, 2 nights in a row, there was a big puddle in the hall on the way to the bathroom. Lucky we didn't slip and fall. It was enough water to soak an entire bath towel. The maintenance got came and fixed it the first night, and the second night it was there again. Not what I expect from a...
