"Our stay here spoiled us!! This home was clean, spacious and over the top appointed with everything a guest could possibly want. The fridge was stocked for breakfast and then some… Tania was so helpful and pleasant. She had copies of any information you would need in a binder. "We had a good stay at Parnell for 3 nights. The apartment is spacious and good for a group as it has three bedrooms all with queen beds. It is close to the centre of the city with both trains and buses five minutes away. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants within walking distance. It is on a main road but it is surprisingly very quiet. The owner, Debbie, was extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with. "

"The place is nice but wrongly advertised. In stayz it said 3 bedroom for 6 adults. But when arrived they weee only 5 bedding. 2 queen and a single. Where is the sixth person going to sleep. He had to check into a motel nearby. When contacted the owner he said, you can see the picture on advertisement, only single. Totally not satisfied with explaining the situation. Then goes quite until I checked out. Please read the before booking and get confirmation. But the place is brand new and very clean...
