"The service was next level! We loved the grounds and the balcony was amazing too just bask in nature! The location was perfect, walking distance to great bars & restaurants while feeling removed and completely in nature (zero road noise). The pool was heated and hot tub was very warm. I would highly recommend this hotel! "

"Everything about the hotel and casino was excellent except for the food, breakfast and seafood dinner buffets were so-so. But otherwise this was great, so glad we discovered it. Last time i was in this part of the country this resort didn't exist, so this was a pleasant surprise. Set far back off of I-40 so no issues with traffic noise."

"Really enjoyed the vibe as soon as you walked in. Everyone was welcoming, we had everything we needed with the General Store and bar/restaurant. Room was appointed well, shower was indulgent and hot tub was perfect for our snowy day. Would be my #1 choice next time in Flagstaff."

"All the staff were friendly and helpful; especially the front desk staff. The bedding and especially the pillows were comfortable. The refillable shampoo, soap and conditioner is something I think helps support the environment. I would stay there again and recommend it for families and couples."
