"Everything was amazing! We loved our view of the volcano. The staff was great. My friends did the massage spa and absolutely loved it! They could not stop talking about it. The bartender Daner by the pool was always great and friendly evwey time we would go over. Any question we had the staff did great at answering and helping. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Our stay at the lodge was wonderful! It’s an older property with lots of charm. Views are beautiful! Room was large and we loved time on the balcony in the hanging chair. Board games and chess and checkers for some good family time. Pool was beautiful and chilly for those hot days. Restaurant had good food and the team was flexible with times (we came in at 2 after activities and they served us lunch, which was much appreciated!). Loved our stay! Saw coati, hummingbirds, lots of cool insects and a tayra on property. Recommend driving to the lodge in the daylight. Very close to Mistico Hanging Bridges."

"This is our second time at Los Lagos. We are big fans of the pools, beautiful property, and impressive breakfast buffet. We got a larger room set up with additional beds this time and the location plus views were lovely. We really enjoy Costa Rican hospitality everywhere but have nothing but great things to say about the service staff. We will be back!"

"Property was not downtown but still walkable to restaurants. Nice pool area and they actually had HOT hot tubs! The other places we went didn’t. So we were happy to sit in a hot one in the evenings. Clean and nice rooms. We were in building two with a perfectly clear view of the volcano! Bar upstairs was nice. Buffet breakfast was great, especially the omelette station for my son! Great place to stay in La Fortuna!"
