"Great location near Higashi-Shinjuku train station. Wish there was air conditioning in the elevator. The laundry room could use a little regular cleaning because the quality of clientele can vary given the affordable price point. Some tourists smell really bad and do not engage in the best hygiene practices. Although it is a convenient location with a good staff, I think I will stay at a higher priced hotel next time to avoid some of the tourists that stay at places like this. "

"I am so glad I chose this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, new, and comfortable. The location is excellent in terms of convenience stores, dining, and there is even a Don Quijote next door. Not sure why some people in the reviews had issues finding food as there is heaps in the area. In terms of public transport it is also well connected, being a 3 min walk to Takadanobaba Station.
